Shipping

Where do you ship from?
We are an online store and all orders are shipped within the United States.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders, with delivery typically within 5–8 business days after dispatch.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Change of Mind
For change of mind or sizing issues we offer returns in the form of store credit. This allows you the flexibility to select a piece that better suits your style.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not liable for lost returns
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

In these cases, we will:

  • Offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit
  • Cover any associated return or replacement costs

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change your item, we recommend returning it for store credit and placing a new order.

Non-Returnable Items
