We process orders quickly! If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us within 1 hour of purchase. After that, changes may not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges

13. What is your return policy?

We want you to shop with confidence at Manyiar Boutique! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the following guidelines:

Free Returns for U.S. Orders

✅ We offer free returns for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
✅ Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
✅ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
✅ Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS return label.
✅ You have 30 days from receiving the label to ship the item(s) back.
✅ Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

International Returns

✅ We accept returns from international customers; however:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the cost of the item(s) only (original shipping charges are non-refundable).

14. How do I start a return or exchange?

To request a return:
📩 Email us at info@manyiarboutique.com with the subject "Return Request - Order #XXXX".
Include:
✔️ Your Order Number
✔️ The item(s) you’re returning
✔️ The reason for the return

  • We will email you a prepaid UPS return label (for U.S. orders) or provide return instructions for international orders.
  • Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at a UPS location (for U.S. returns).
  • Once we receive and process your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

15. Do you offer refunds?

Yes! Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.

16. Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes! If your size is available, we’ll exchange it. Otherwise, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.

17. Do you cover return shipping costs?

U.S. Orders: Free returns with a prepaid UPS label.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

18. What items are non-returnable?

🚫 Final sale items, gift cards, and accessories are not eligible for return.
🚫 Undergarments are non-returnable for hygiene purposes.
🚫 Items that are worn, washed, or missing original tags will not be accepted.
