We want you to shop with confidence at Manyiar Boutique! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the following guidelines:
Free Returns for U.S Orders
We offer free returns for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS return label.
- You will have 30 days from receiving the label to ship the item(s) back.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
International Returns
We accept returns from international customers; however, please note:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the cost of the item(s) only (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at info@manyiarboutique.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Include your Order #, the item(s) you’re returning, and the reason for the return.
- We will email you a prepaid UPS return label (for U.S. orders) or provide return instructions for international orders.
- Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at a UPS location (for U.S. returns).
- Once we receive and process your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items, gift cards, and accessories are not eligible for return.
- Under garments are non-returnable for hygiene purposes.
- Items that are worn, washed, or missing original tags will not be accepted.
