📆 Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
The return window begins on the day your tracking shows “delivered”.
Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of submitting your return request to qualify for a full refund.

🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We do not currently provide prepaid return labels. Please choose a reliable shipping method with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

✅ Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition

• All tags must be attached

• Items must be unworn and unwashed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the cost of the item(s) only.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

📦 How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@manyiarboutique.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Include your Order #, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.

3. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

4. Ship your item(s) using your preferred method, and include tracking if possible.

5. Please allow 5–7 business days for the package to reach us.

Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

• Accessories

• Undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

• Items that are worn, washed, or missing original tags
